By using our website or making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking

All booking details provided by the guest must be correct.
A booking is confirmed only after payment or advance is received.
Hotel has the right to cancel a booking if information is incorrect or payment fails.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out depends on room availability and may include extra charges.

3. ID Proof

A valid Government ID is required at the time of check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.).

4. Guest Conduct

Guests must behave properly and follow hotel rules.
Smoking inside rooms is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by hotel management.

5. Payments

All payments must be made through approved payment methods.
Taxes and service charges may apply as per government rules.

6. Damage or Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

7. Website Use

All website content is for information purposes only.
Copying or misusing website content is not allowed.

8. Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian laws.
